Marc was born and raised in Cornwall and began his journey with Jesus at the age of 12. After serving in the Royal Navy for 10 years Marc started in full time vocational youth ministry which he continued for 6 years before becoming an Elder at Redruth Baptist Church. Having had a stirring for church planting for many years Marc stepped down from Eldership and returned to secular employment to enable him to lead the church plant at Deep Wells. Marc is supported on the leadership team by his wife Jo who he married 21 years ago and are parents to 3 beautiful girls and a handsome boy.

Children & Families Lead

At Deep Wells we love our families & children. Jo is passionate about children walking in the fullness of their God given potential. Jo has a wealth of experience in working with Children and young people. Having lead the Mums & Toddlers group at her previous church for many years Jo has also spent 10 years working in a primary school classroom environment.

Jo is a creative genius using her creative skills to come up with crafts, activities and talks to help children engage with the bible in a fun and creative way.

Core Team

We are so blessed to have our core team which form another layer of leadership within Deep Wells.

The core team meet every 4-6 weeks and are responsible for speaking into the vision & direction of Deep Wells as well as taking the lead on many of the behind the scenes organisational elements of the Church.
